I know we’ll probably try the desserts first
Something sweet! I’m very curious to see how they incorporate avocado into desserts. I’ve seen the chocolate pudding numerous times, but I’m interested to see what else they’ve come up with!

I collect avocado cookbooks even though I don’t like to cook or freeze avocados. Since we have an avocado ranch (since the early 70’s when my husband planted the trees) we eat a LOT of avocados. I’m always interested to see what other people do with avocados, but I love them in salads and sandwiches or with breakfast…that’s the thing..there are endless ways to enjoy them! Would love to win your cookbook.
I don’t know yet; I’d have to see what strikes me first. I’d like to try a nice salad.

The ice cream recipe on the cover looks so good! I am a huge avocado lover not a big sweets or ice cream person but man that looks good and entices me to want to make it! I love your first book so I know I will love this one too!
