about 30 grams Magnum Quattro protein powder in Strawberry Fields (or other protein powder)

use about 25g of fresh kale leaves
remove the stems

Method
Starting with the ice, add all ingredients to a blender or a plastic container (if using a stick blender).
Blend until smooth.
