Guilty Kitchen’s Holiday Bites – Preview

Hey all you crazy kids. Did you know I’ve been writing a book (an eBook, just to clarify)? Could you tell by the slow addition of any recipes here on the site? Sorry about that…I’ve been spending every available waking moment glued to my computer screen, tearing out my hair trying to bring you the best of the holiday recipes I have to offer. I stayed up late, I woke up early, we drank cocktails late into the night side by side, our faces glowing from the screens in front of us, and we finally finished it. Here it is:ย It features eleven mouth watering recipes. Which ones? Here’s list:

  • Yule Nog
  • Cafe con Dulce de Leche
  • Caramelized Onion and Goat Cheese Flatbread
  • Hot Crab Dip
  • Brussels Sprouts au Gratin
  • Sausage Stuffing
  • Cranberry Sauce
  • Italian Cauliflower Steaks
  • Brined and Roasted Chicken or Turkey
  • Salted Caramel Biscoff (Speculaas) Bars
  • Chocolate, Blueberry and Hazelnut Shortbread
There you have it folks. Three weeks of day in and day out work. I hope you’ll love it as much as I do. To purchase an eBook, see the right side bar for payment options. And here, just for you, dear readers, is a little sneak peek at some of the photos:

  1. Wow, congratulations on the book. Can’t wait to see it and add it to my cookbook collection. The recipes look yummy – I brine my birds too! I stuff them with some of the same things too. I think that brining is the way to a moist bird every single time.

  3. Congratulations on your new ebook Elizabeth. My husband recently bought me an ereader, so I have been busy buying and downloading books. When I saw you had written an ecookbook, I really could not resist! So, I purchased it, however I have been unable to download it. Could you let me know how to complete the purchase. Thank you so much, keep up the good work, and great recipes!

    1. Hi Patti, the book is not for download. The file is too large to upload through WordPress so I email it to you as soon as I receive payment. I just sent you a copy of the book. Check you inbox and I do hope you love it. Let me know if there are any other questions!
