Can I say that you look amazing! How do you do it? It surely can’t be just coconut oil and no grains. I need to get my act together and come up with a better fitness regimen. In any case, I will definitely buy your book. My daughter cannot do gluten, and I know I feel better without it. We also love coconut oil. Thanks!
