Hi, I'm Elizabeth.
I'm the Editor at
Edible Vancouver Island
now, but still passionate about cooking, even if I don't post here as often as I used to. These days, my kids are nearly grown, my mornings start with workouts, and our household is happily overrun by three dogs. We love to travel and explore whenever we can. This blog will stay up for as long as I’m able to keep it going, though updates are now occasional at best.
Feel free to
poke around,
browse the archives,
or
drop me a note—especially if it involves your dog or a killer family recipe.
These books are all the goodness of my blog in a cute little package that I've poured my heart and soul into.
Each recipe has a beautiful image to accompany it and all the recipes are easy and approachable.
Everything is gluten free, mostly paleo, and damn delicious.

Great pics Elizabeth!
I can’t believe how much snow you have! Wonderful Christmas time photos. I’m heading over to look at your recipe because I have always wanted to make my own eggnog.
Awesome Dara, hope you enjoy it as much as we did!
