		<description>Hmm, the only thing I could suggest is less enchiladas in the baking pan? The more crowded they are the more the are apt to steam each other until soggy, though most enchiladas are quite soft.</description>

		<description>We had a snow squall on the east coast Sunday, and I made the minestrone. I love Mexican, but I just can&#039;t bring myself to make salsa with hot house tomatoes...and even when I can it it only lasts for a few months! I will definitely try this in a few months, though.</description>
