Made this for dinner last night. Mmmmmmmmm…… my husband and I did not miss the pasta at all. We added a couple slices of french bread. Very good and is going into our winter rotation. Great recipe.

I love spaghetti squash. Nice that it’s lighter, but I feel semi-righteous knowing I snuck in another vegetable in my meal! This sounds delicious.
