Oh My the pancakes look wonderful. I have been looking for a new way to serve zucchini. The guys (aka my carnivores) will only eat it raw, as they just despise mushy veges!

Gah… the list on my fridge of “Things To Make…” is growing simply too fast!! I’m a huge fan of porka nd apples – who isn’t?! – but the onions will make my raw onion eating husband drool! Even he perked up when I showed him the picture!
